The rain stopped at all the right times for Katie and Darren. The clouds just knew when to come and go. The ceremony was held at St. Patrick’s church in Edina with the service being performed by the charismatic Reverend Gregory T. Welch.
The spectacular reception was hosted at Interlachen Country Club.
A handful of superb wedding vendors from around the Twin Cities contributed their services including:
An exquisite cake from Gateaux, who recently won best cakes as well as best over all wedding vendor from the readers and advertisers of Minnesota Bride magazine. Lovely decor was provided by the perfect Linen Effects. Music from the Bruce Allard Quartet as well as the entertaining Adagio Entertainment filled the evening with joy. Lastly, who could forget the cool retro cars from Classic Auto.

Annie & Joe’s spring wedding was held at the Cathedral of St. Paul.

Gorgeous flowers were provided by Fleur Di Lis.

There was a momentary pause in the rainy month of May that allowed us to walk through charming Rice park before the reception at
the historic St. Paul Hotel.
Buttercream provided the delicious cake…. And just to make us jealous, Annie and Joe will be at
the Sorbonne in Paris studying french all summer! Best wishes.

Studio 306 was asked by Wolfgang Puck catering to photograph during the opening of Wolfgang’s new 20.21 restaurant at the Walker Art Center. The evening was full of delicious delicacies served by Wolfgang himself.
We are always amazed when we have the opporunity to photograph cakes created by Gateaux.
The designs are inspired by your unique personality as well as elements from your wedding. These cakes are art!
Keep up the great work on your blog. Best wishes WaltDe
